Dima Slobodeniouk and Simon Trpčeski debut in Japan

Conductor Dima Slobodeniouk and pianist Simon Trpčeski will both debut with the NHK Symphony Orchestra in July where they will perform in Tokyo today before travelling for further concerts in Osaka, Matsuyama and Tottori. They have worked together on numerous occasions, most recently in the US where they received rave reviews. Repertoire for this series of Japanese concerts is to include Rachmaninov’s renowned 2nd Piano Concerto before Dima Slobodeniouk leads the orchestra with Sibelius’ Symphony No. 2.
