Dima Slobodeniouk steps in to conduct the Orchestre de Paris

Dima Slobodeniouk returns to the Orchestre de Paris conducting two concerts on the 15th and 16th February at the Philharmonie de Paris. He will be joined by violinist Ray Chen as well as the Choeur de l’Orchestre de Paris and the Choeur de jeunes de l’Orchestre de Paris.

The concert presents two celebrated pieces of repertoire, interlaced with unique choral works. Opening with Brahms’ “Nänie”, the programme then features Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto and, after a short interval, Tchaikovsky’s “Hymn of the Cherubim” for a cappella choir, concluding with his Symphony no. 4.

The programme will be broadcasted live and on demand.
